{Real Wedding} Lauren & Ben

I am so excited to finally share the photos from Lauren + Ben's wedding at Friedman Farms in Dallas, Pennsylvania! Their wedding was in October of 2013 and we were there with them throughout the whole wedding process start to finish! This beautiful barn wedding was planned via many skype video chats from L.A. (bride+groom), Georgia ( Nicole, my assistant from Georgia who is now owner of a super fun Savannah bridal shop Ivory + Beau), and NY (Me) plus lots and lots of emails!! Then on the weekend of their wedding my husband and I helped with vendor management, coordination, arranging all the flower details, all the chalk boards, and set-up design (AKA made the magic happen!). My husband was a huge help on the wedding weekend and got to see what the "Real Life of a Wedding Planner" is all about.

Ulmer Studios captured their wedding day at the rustic farm. When looking at the pictures of the ceremony you may be confused. Some of the pictures make it look like the ceremony took place outside by the tree, while the pictures of them at the ceremony are inside the barn... Well, it rained just as everyone had been seated at the tree and the bridal party was about to go outside (BOOOOOO!) so Plan B was in full effect and we frantically moved the ceremony into the barn. Having a rain back up is so important and this barn has a gorgeous hay loft ready to go even with twinkle lights!

The reception had lots of rustic details such as the photo booth backdrop + the vintage rentals from Maggpie Vintage Rentals. Other rentals were provided by Big Top Rental and Party Rental LTD. I loved all the paper goods for their wedding that were designed by Lemon Tree Paper Co. They also had personalized drink coasters + stirrers designed by The Pink Orange. Thank you to everyone who was a part of this fabulous wedding and helped make their day as perfect as it could ever be. And huge congratulations to the happy couple, Lauren + Ben!!!!
